Meet in a lecture theatre, run it from any seat
Open a link on the lectern PC, with nothing to install, and run lyrics and slides from your phone. No one has to sit at the console at the front.
- Nothing to install, no admin rights needed
- Run lyrics and slides from your phone
- Nothing left on the PC for the next booking
Nothing to install on the lectern PC
University PCs are locked down, and you only have the room for an hour. TheOpenPresenter runs in the browser, so you're set up in a couple of minutes on whatever PC the room has.
- 1 Open your project on the lectern PC
It runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install and no IT ticket.
- 2 Present it full screen
Click Present, open it in a new tab on the projector, and press F11.
- 3 Scan the QR code with your phone
Your phone becomes the remote, so you can sit with everyone else.
Prepare together, and hand it on
Build the meeting from your room, the library or home. Everything lives in your group's account, not on a leader's laptop, so when the committee changes next year, the new team picks up where you left off.
- Several people can work on the same meeting at once
- Sync a Google Slides deck or import PowerPoint
- Send the guest speaker a link to upload their slides
- Paste in a song and AI splits it into slides
Built for a group without its own building
Lecture theatres, seminar rooms, the student union. TheOpenPresenter works with whatever screen the room has.
Runs in the browser
Works on the university's PC as it is. No install, no admin rights, no waiting on IT.
Any phone is the remote

Lyrics and Bible built in
Song lyrics and over 2,300 Bible translations, from the same remote as everything else.
Slides from where your team works
Sync Google Slides or import PowerPoint, so talk slides and notices come straight in.
Videos from anywhere

Booked a room with a TV?
Plug a TV stick into the screen and present straight to it, with no PC needed.
Questions
Do we need to install anything on the university's PC? +
No. TheOpenPresenter runs in the browser, so it works on a locked-down PC without admin rights.
What if the room doesn't have a PC? +
Bring a laptop, or plug a TV stick (Fire TV, Google TV or Android TV) into the screen and present straight to it.
Does it work on campus Wi-Fi? +
Yes. It runs over the internet, so the campus Wi-Fi is all you need. A phone hotspot is a handy backup.
Will anything be left on the PC? +
No. Close the tab when you're done, and there's nothing left behind for the next booking.
What happens when our leaders change? +
Your songs, slides and meetings belong to your group's account, not a leader's laptop. Add next year's team and they pick up where you left off.
What does it cost? +
You can start free, with no card needed. See the pricing page for the full details.
Ready for this week's meeting?
